Paul Flynn will also join Savour Kilkenny for the first time this October for the 2019 Festival. With over three decades of culinary expertise, Paul is renowned for cooking tantalising modern Irish food, creating dishes with deep earthy flavours, classic Paul Flynn. Owner of the Tannery Restaurant in Dungarvan, Waterford and brings with him a huge wealth of experience to this years festival!
Rory O’Connell
Live on the Savour Stage at the 2019 festival for his 13th year. Rory is preparing and presenting his three favourite recipes from this recent tv show on RTE ‘A Long Weekend in … with Rory O’Connell’’. Rory is one of Ireland’s top chefs as well as being the nicest person you’ll ever meet. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to meet Rory and all the other bits and bobs taking place at this years Savour Kilkenny. It’s going to be a good one.
